Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 10 AM.
Access
Details such as the lockbox code, gate access code and directions will be forwarded to you at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Deposits
Refundable £200 security deposit required with final balance payment. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of the return of the keys to the owner, less any deductions in the event of damage etc.
Your reservation will be confirmed with a 25% rental deposit, and the completion and return of a Rental Terms and Conditions form and Registration form. This must be completed within 7 days of your verbal or e-mail commitment to reserve if we are to hold your requested dates.
Refunds
If the reservation is cancelled more than eight weeks before the arrival date, the balance of the monies paid, less the rental deposit will be refunded.
If cancelled within eight weeks of the arrival date, the owner will retain the 25% deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property).
