We have two adjacent first floor frontline Penthouse apartments with uninterrupted views across the golf course towards the mountains and Espuna National Park.
To enjoy this view the private terrace has comfortable seating and table for 4 and 2 sun loungers are also available.
The spacious terraces offer great alfresco dining watching the sunset or literally next to the course to walk out onto the driving range to prepare for your round. Why drive to the course when you can watch, practice and play only 6 yards from the new amazing Nicklaus bear Condado Golf course.
If you are visiting the Isle for weekend inspection our apartments are across the road near the new town Centre.
Apartment
The property is tastefully furnished and has luxurious Lounge and Dining area. The Lounge area boasts a 32 inch Flat Screen TV which has access to both British and Spanish TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and is capable of entertaining 4 persons comfortably.
The Master bedroom has access to the private terrace via patio doors, the room has fitted wardrobes, a double bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting and wall mirror.
The 2nd bedroom has fitted wardrobes, twin beds, bedside cabinets, bedside lighting and a wall mirror.
Bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower over, shower screen, shaver socket, plenty of lighting and extractor fan and heater.
All linen is provided excluding beach/pool towels.
This apartment has access by lift or stairs and has allocated parking. There is a large roof top solarium with outstanding views in all directions.
The nearest communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool is 40m from the apartment. The fenced secure gated swimming pool which is situated directly next to the building has views of the golf course. There is a large shallow area for children. The pool area is completely grassed providing comfort for sunbathing and a safe environment for children. Palm trees provide that much needed shade for sunnier times.
There are many well equipped children's play areas at Condado, the nearest of which is 25m away. The play area is secure and completely fenced in.
Local Amenities
The penthouse apartment is located within easy reach of amenities. The newly opened town centre 'Al Kasar' is just 100m away housing a large supermarket and newly opened Clover Bar serving food.
We have been informed two more restaurants are due to open, one of which will be Italian, opening some time in September 2009, to be followed by a bank and other services.
We also believe the Golf Shop and temporary Clubhouse will be incorporated into the town centre. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is due to open in November 2009. Other facilities to enjoy on site include tennis, paddle tennis, squash, football and basketball.
A whole range of activities can be carried out both in and outside the resort, these include football, tennis, squash, children's play areas, horse riding, fishing, diving, waterparks, go-karting, and of course GOLF.
Within the Polarisworld resorts there are currently 4 Golf courses available to play. The Golf Course on Condado should be ready by the end of 2009. There are also other golf courses available within the area. Polaris occasionally have offers available for reduced Golf Fees/Rates.
We can also offer golf packages and bed/breakfast or half board arrangements.
