The town of Mazarron is a 15 minute drive away and just a little further are the beautiful beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo. Puerto boasts its recently completed Marina, many shops, restaurants and bars, many of which are located along the palm tree lined paseo overlooking the sea.
Markets are numerous in the surrounding villages and towns with the largest being the Sunday market in Puerto de Mazarron.
The Murcia region, and in particular Condado de Alhama, has a lot to offer and provides a great location for the perfect family holiday or peaceful break, it has something for everyone. As well as enjoying the beautiful beaches you can also explore the historical towns of Murcia, Lorca and Cartagena, or walking in the Sierra Espunas, all just a short drive away.
